Citizens Bank Park

I love that here in Philadelphia we have one of the best ballparks in the country. Games at the Vet were exciting at times, but the building itself was never fun to hang out on a nice summer evening.

Not only do we have a beautiful arena to watch the Phillies now but also wonderful choices to drink while watching them. Unlike the hulking Vet's Bud-laden options, we now have many different beers available throughout the entire ballpark (not just at some ill-placed Beers of the World stand). In my wanderings last night I managed to indulge myself in an Otter Creek, Yards, Victory and Philadelphia Brewing Co.

It still amazes me that many bars in my neighborhood don't have a selection that good, but the Phillies do. So my hats off once again to the organization. Great building, great food, great beer and especially last night, great game.
