Varga, the new bar opening at 10th and Spruce, is now shooting for the week of May 18th. Foobooz has details on the menu offerings as well as the bar choices which will initially include: Founder’s Backwoods Bastard, Russian River Damnation, Rogue Imperial Pilsner and Flying Fish Cask. Plus Victory Root Beer on hand pump. Sounds good to me!
